Italian somms have been flipping out over this old/new classic grape that is finally getting its due. Notes of lemon meringue, thyme, yellow apple, white lilies and wet rocks all sit on a round, enveloping palate. Expertly crafted with balance and grace, it is a perfect bottle for seafood lovers, and wonderful to enjoy by itself.
