Vin Chicago is looking for an energetic Full-Time Wine Specialist for our Highland Park store! The ideal candidate will possess a passion for wine and an uncompromising commitment to customer service.
Wine industry experience and an understanding of day-to-day retail operations is preferred. Wine Specialists are responsible for store opening and closing procedures, processing retail transactions, shipping and receiving products, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining inventory on our sales floor. Candidates should be proficient with POS systems and Microsoft office programs.

Responsibilities include guiding both full and part-time staff with the processing of sales transactions, assisting customers with product selection, shipping and receiving products, and maintaining inventory on our sales floor. Experience in the wine industry and an understanding of day-to-day retail operations, including supervising employees, is preferred. Work with other stores and headquarters regarding operational planning and sales objectives.
