Xavier loved the Cinsault in 2021 and decided to amp up the percentage, a choice that lends a wonderful "sauvage" quality, along with super bright red fruits to this entry-level red. Look for soft and tasty flavors of spicy raspberry coulis, strawberry, fresh herbs, and subtle red earth. It's become nearly impossible to find quality Cotes du Rhone at this price, so stock up on this one while you can!
