Bright and lively, this medium-bodied blend of 75% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 5% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara deftly balances zesty acid with subtle tannins. Ridiculously quaffable on its own, especially after 15 minutes in the fridge, it also pairs nicely with Caprese salad, grilled chicken or a charcuterie picnic.
