(12/2021) All of the magic Mignon is doing works! Crafted entirely from hand-harvested, 45-year old Pinot Meunier vines grown in clay-limestone and chalk, this Brut Nature Champagne is based upon fruit from the 2016 and 2017 harvests. Disgorged in April of 2021, it features sizzling minerality and brisk, briny acidity that brilliantly accompanies energized fruit notes of wild strawberry, white raspberry and mirabelle plum. The tight bubbly stream waltzes on the palate while the generous weight of the wine gives presence to the clean, dry finish.
