(1/31/2019) "Moving to the Cabernet Sauvignons, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Starstruck has a ruby/plum color as well as a spicy, red and black fruit-driven profile that stays nicely balanced, as well as with notable purity of fruit. Giving up notes of red currants, cedary spice, baked bread, and plenty of pencil shavings, it's medium to full-bodied, balanced, has fine tannins, and a great finish. Coming from a vineyard in the northern part of the valley, it's a classy wine that will evolve for 15-20 years. Maturity: 2019 - 2034."
