This middleweight champ checks in at a moderate 13.4% ABV, with 20% new oak softening things up and conveying a whisper of vanilla. This super-clean, yummy, medium-bodied effort bounds in cherry and berry flavors accented by tobacco, blackberry and pepper spice. An appealing warm-weather red, it offers a more lithe experience than heavier red blends.
