(6/22/2023) "The 2022 Assyrtiko Wild Ferment is unoaked and comes in at 13.2% alcohol. Fresh and clean, this is an understated Assyrtiko that perhaps could use a bit more in the mid-palate, but it still has some expressiveness and it hardly feels thin. In fact, it coats the palate rather nicely. Its fruity conclusion is enticing, while still being dry and serious. This is not an upscale Assyrtiko--nor priced like one--but it is graceful and appealing. Under screw cap, it should hold pretty well too. Drink Date: 2023 - 2030."
