Oenologist Roberto de La Mota makes it with grapes from Paraje Altamira, 20% fermented and aged in French casks (300 to 500 liters). A moderately intense yellow, the 2019 Semillon Mendel presents subtle, attractive aromas of honey, hazelnuts and apricot.
