(6/2021) As with all of Angela Osborne's wines, this 2018 GSM delivers and delights! A Vin Chicago exclusive, it is a jaunty blend of equal parts Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, each fermented separately with the Syrah done whole cluster. Offering a jolt of freshness and acidity along with luxurious layers of violets, blackberry, raspberry, bramble, baking spice, bacon fat and dried leaves, there is a lot to like here, including a finish lingers on and on. Grab a bottle and fire up the grill!
