(3/24/2021) "Established in 1995 by American Frank Grace, Il Molino di Grace is now managed by his son Tim, with help from cellarmaster Iacopo Morganti and renowned consulting oenologist, Franco Bernabei. This shows the leaner, more lightly structured side of the vintage without sacrificing flavour. It is attractively perfumed with woodland berries, winter mint and faint porcini. Youthful and graceful on the palate, its delicate grip and succulent acidity will sustain in over the next four to five years. It finishes with a pleasant bitterness. Drinking Window: 2021 - 2026."
