(1/2023) Jean-Marc Brun pulls all the right strings with this blend of mostly Viognier which is raised in 75% concrete and 25% barrel. It's an illuminating, dense, mouth-coating and focused Rhone white. Complex yet easy-drinking, its white peach, grapefruit, white flower, Bosc pear, lychee and vanilla notes show wonderfully with serious energy and vitality. Crisp, but layered and intense with impeccable balance. Pair with a variety of cuisines from crab and lobster to white pizza with fennel sausage, even grilled or roasted white meat dishes!
