Scoring an oh-so-British 17/20, check out this very cool review from Jancis Robinson: "Tastes like hibiscus tea, raspberries and licorice, mushrooms picked and still dank with the forest humus clinging to them. Chamois-soft tannins spliced with iron filaments. Dry, earthy and wonderfully peppery finish. Thoughtful, complex wine sitting on the more savory side of the spectrum." (4/30/2020)

(6/30/2020) "The 2018 Faugeres Le Tigre is a tank-aged blend of 35% each Carignan and Grenache, plus 30% Syrah. Gorgeous scents of garrigue, cherries and raspberries appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is supple and expansive, delivering waves of red fruit flavors accented by hints of thyme, rosemary and bay leaf. It's substantially more charming than the 2017 version. Drink Date: 2020 - 2023."
(6/2021) "Jeanne and Olivier Coste purchased this estate in 2018, their vines growing on schist soils in the foothills of the Cevennes. It balances red fruit with licorice spice, feeling fresh and lively. The delicate texture makes it easy to drink, especially with a light chill."
