(10/2022) This dry sparkling rose from Italy's Emilia-Romagna region checks all the bubbly boxes for us - delicious, unique, and a price that can't be beat. A blend of Sorbara and Salamino clones, its deep coral color draws us into the glass to reveal scents of watermelon, pink grapefruit, and a hint of rose. The palate dances with juicy strawberry, tart cranberry, and raspberry cream. Pair with other regional mainstays: Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma ham, tortellini, and hopefully a beautiful sunset, or "Notte Rosa" (Pink Night).
