(9/2020) Seriously old vines, from 70 to115 years old, are the source for this wonderfully elegant and powerful Garnacha. Raised in used French oak, this peppery, red-fruited red is joyous, distinctive, earthy and delicious. More than most all Cotes-du-Rhones can offer at this price, this could easily be mistaken for a $16-$19 French red. The Spaniards do it right, as this absurd value testifies to. Drink now and thru 2024.
