Fifteen to twenty minutes after the cork is popped, the earth blows off to reveal an even more pure, crystalline nose. There is just the right amount of juicy acidity here to keep up with any dinner. The blend includes Grenache, Cinsault, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Chenin Blanc. Wait, Chenin Blanc? Yep. In blending this wine Pieter felt that it needed some white to make it complete. We've referred to it as the "Swiss Army Knife" as it offers an answer for so many vinous situations!
